Very helpful and paid the vet directly

Incredibly helpful company. We had our dog insured with a famous supermarkets pet insurance since birth and when he got to ten despite having no claims they tripled the premium. I called them up and the lady said they didn't want to insure dogs over ten that is why they put the premium up so much. Lifetime Petcover gave us a very reasonable price and we went with them. Unfortunately six months later Mickie got a form of Anaemia and the vets bill was over £5k. Lifetime Petcover were really helpful on the phone and were really compassionate. They paid the vet directly. We couldn't have asked for a better service. I wish we insured with them since Mickie was a puppy - we certainly will in the future!! Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Simply the Best

Only been with Lifetime Pet Cover for 1.5 yrs but they have been absolutely brilliant in supporting us while our baby had surgery for cruciate ligament and meniscus tear 4/5 months later. He’s almost finished hydrotherapy but still on a Onsior for rest of his ageing days. They have helped us out with no quibbles. Thank you Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

No reason to go anywhere else, simply the best!

Despite my dog being an oldie, Lifetime Pet Cover still offered me lifetime cover for her - something that was not available with the other companies I contacted. She has needed some expensive treatment over the past couple of years and my vet's bills have been settled with minimum fuss. I find the staff easy to deal with as well as knowledgeable about their product. This was my first experience of pet insurance and whether I have more oldies or younger pets in the future, I can't imagine I'll go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
