Stress free and great customer service

I have recently processed a claim for my 18 month old lab and it was such a worry at first. Having never processed a claim for a pet before it was a little daunting and I was nervous about what to do. After my first telephone call and completing all the relevant paper work all my worries were gone. Great staff and limited contact needed, it’s all done for you with no hassle. PET INSURANCE FOR EVERYONE

Initially, my 2 dogs were insured. I changed to Lifetime Pet Cover as one of my dogs, Lili had become a senior and suffered a chronic condition. Her previous insurers had put up her premium to an unmanageable amount. Lifetime Pet Cover not only offered realistic choices of cover but also covered existing conditions. When I needed to make a claim, it was very straightforward and settled. Sadly, Lili passed away in May. My other dog remains insured with Lifetime Pet Cover and it is reassuring to know if she requires veterinary treatment which leads to a claim, they will be there for me. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Excellent value insurance offering total flexibility.

Competitively priced pet insurance with flexibility and very clear listing of the different policies available. We took out insurance for our 12 year old dog with this company, which many others wouldn’t even offer, after being able to obtain a policy, albeit with co-insurance, at nearly a quarter of the price quoted by her previous insurers. We now have two other dogs insured and always recommend Lifetime Pet Cover to our friends. A very pro-active, trustworthy company to deal with. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
