Paid claims without any complaint

We had to claim for vets fees for our dog and lifetime pet cover paid these without quibble and directly to the vets so we did not need to pay out ourselves. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Our pup had to have an operation in the first year. As stressful as it is Lifetime made it a lot easier and dealt with the vets directly. After reading a lot of negative reviews on the majority of insurance companies I was very unsure on who to use. Lifetime were relatively cheap in comparison to others and they have been excellent! Lifetime Pet Cover’s insurance underwriters went bust in the middle of a major claim that I was making for my springer spaniel who had developed cherry eye and needed specialist treatment. Life Pet Cover did not miss a beat and even though it took a few weeks longer than it might have to process the claim they paid out the full proceeds and were extremely helpful whenever I called to check on progress. You hear such awful stories about pet insurance. I have nothing but praise for Lifetime Pet Cover and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Lesley Hawkins Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Easy to get a quote

I have only been with them a year but when I was getting quotes for my newly obtained rescue dog the lady was very helpful and a mixed breed was not counted as a problem, which was not the case with other insurers! Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

I have been with lifetime pets cover for last three years did a lot of research whe I was looking for pet insurance these came out the. Best staff were.
