Simple no jargon quality pet insurance

Have never had any problems with lifetime pet cover,policies are clear and easy to understand. I like the idea of lifetime policies too as it keeps things simple. Reasonable prices and different levels of cover to choose from. Older dogs do have an excess to pay but this is very clearly highlighted on the web and policy doc. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

This is the first time I insured my pet as I never had any pets before . I found Lifetime pet cover online, and my experience with them was amazing. Three months after I joined them my cat was severely ill So I had to claim all the vets bills etc. My claim was dealt so quicly and the whole process went so smooth. My cat was back to his healthy self and I now know I don’t need to worry because I have a good insurance company that is always there for my pet !!! Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Brilliant cover for an 'old' cat

Brilliant to be able to get proper cover for a 12 year old cat, especially since 12 isn't that old for a cat! Made one claim so far, which was problem free, and the renewals were better than I was expecting. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Great value for lifetime cover for peace of mind

When I was trying to find cover for my veteran pedigree dog, lifetime cover provided not only the best value but also the best cover. Best Pet Cover Ever

Failed to pay up

After an emergency out of hours operation for eating a plastic bottle in the house LPC did as much digging with our vet as possible to determine that our claim was anxiety related and as such was a pre existing condition as my wife had previously mentioned this to the vet before the incident. As usual these companies do their level best to get out of paying up. £2000 emergency vet bill- great!!! Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

Good. Quick to pay out on a claim

I found Lifetime pet cover quick to respond to a claim. Excellent phone service. My only issue, and reason for 4 and not 5 stars, is too high an increase in premiums following a claim. I'd expected my premiums to increase after claiming but not by almost 3x the original amount! To manage I've had to take out a lesser policy than my original. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019
