NOTE: I have not yet had a need to make a claim. As with any insurance, the real proof will be in the claiming experience. I have recently purchased this insurance for my four cats. - The process was quick and easy. - The prices seem competitive. - I had a few questions that were answered reasonably well (and quickly) over the phone.
