Great Price and Great Cover

I have been with Petplan for all my dogs for years, however as the dog gets older the cost and cover were not worth costs they were charging, looked at a lot of suppliers, Lifetime pet cover was not the cheapest, but comprehensive and still at a very competative price. Reviewed on: 25th July 2018

Incredible customer service

I have been with Lifetime Pet Cover for over a year now, having switched from Pet Plan and I couldn't be happier! It is such a nice, refreshing change to be treated as a loving pet owner rather than just another number. Their customer service is second to none and I have no doubts that if I did need to put a claim in, this would be dealt with the same amount of genuine care that they have shown me and Reggie (my black lab) so far. So Easy

Claiming on insurance

Unfortunately we had to use our insurance for our St. Bernard , after him having a constantly upset tummy, this went on for quite a few months, and the vet recommended using our insurance as the tests etc were mounting up and within a week of the paperwork going in we received the money back, no quibbles no excuses, just straight into my account. Would recommend highly and have absolutely no hesitation in putting Lifetime Pet Cover up for this award! Good luck and fingers crossed being up against the bigger Insurance companies. Dog walking friends

A friend i walk with at my local park told me about lifetime pet cover She told me how cheap they could be so I gave it a try. And yes they saved me money And that doespecially not happen to much these days. Would it recommend YES Reviewed on: 13th October 2017

Fair & Freindly

I had Lifetime Pet Cover with our last dog who, unfortunately, became very ill and needed a lot of vet time and treatment. Each time we made a claim it was dealt with quickly and fairly. Our dog had to be put down in the end but the help with the treatment cost from this company did really help. We have since got another dog and we had no hesitation in insuring our new pet with Lifetime Pet Cover. Reviewed on: 12th October 2017

Good policy cover at a great price

No nonsense pet cover with very good admin back-up and at a great price. Fortunately, I haven't had to claim yet so am unable to assess the claims experience but initial impressions are very good. Reviewed on: 7th October 2017
