Best insurance for older dogs

We've been looking for affordable insurance for our beloved 10+ years old dog and there was none except the Lifetime Pet Cover. All the others were ridiculously expensive. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Lifetime for pup

When we first got our new pup, we switched insurance every year to try & save some money. However, we realised when she was 4 that it was better to stay with 1 insurance company. The premium stays pretty much the same & the cover we have is great. Lifetime pet insurance should be just that, peace of mind for us, especially as she gets older. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

First Class Customer Service

My dogs have been insured with a variety of major pet insurers over the last 25 years or so and I have been with Lifetime Pet Cover (LPC) for circa 18 months during which time I have had to make 2 claims in excess of £1000 each. On each occasion the LPC staff were very efficient, courteous, sympathetic and understanding. Moreover, unlike some previous companies, the attitude expressed by LPC staff was primarily of concern for the dog and to ensure that I received as much help as I needed to pursue the claim as efficiently as possible. LPC have a great team who deserve to receive recognition for their abilities; please stay as you are and don't let larger companies or market forces change your methodology. A user-friendly service

Following a quote for my dog's insurance from another insurance company, which would have meant taking out a second mortgage, I contacted Lifetime Pet Cover. The call was answered almost immediately and I spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I believe he may have been one of the founders of the company. After furnishing him with all the necessary details for my quote, I was very pleasantly surprised when my quote came out at almost half of the other company's. needless to say I took it and have had no regrets. I have made one claim since and again, when I spoke to staff on the phone, nothing was too much trouble. When the policy was renewed this year it had only gone up a small amount. I should say here that my dog is now 14 years old and many insurance companies hike the price up extortionately once they are over 9 years. Lifetime Oet Cover do not. INSURANCE DESIGNED FOR THE OLDER PET

I WAS LOOKING FOR PET INSURANCE FOR MY SENIOR DOG AS MY PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD DOUBLED THE PREMIUM. I FOUND LIFETIME PET INSURANCE AND I AM SO PLEASED. MY DOG BECAME ILL AND THE SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT. THE BILLS WERE PAID DIRECTLY TO MY VET. I WAS ABLE TO PRINT OFF A CLAIM FORM EASILY. IT IS AN AFFORDABLE PREMIUM AND THE STAFF ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I AM RECOMMENDING THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THERE IS A COMPANY WHO WILL INSURE OLDER PETS IN THEIR TWILIGHT YEARS Reviewed on: 1st October 2017
