Lifetime pet by far the best.

I've always found Lifetime Pet Cover very helpful, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The options to insure your pet are very good, premiums to suit everyone I would think. I really love having the option of pet insurance claims paid into my bank account rather than by cheque. The claims are speedily dealt with too. Good customer service

We acquired an elderly rescue cat that turned out to have osteoarthritis. LPC pay her regular bills for medication without quibble. It would be 5* if they saw the routine checks that the medicine isn't damaging her kidneys as part of that treatment. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Efficient, prompt and friendly professional service

Lifetime Pet Cover have provided an excellent service and cover for our ageing Springer, giving us the option to co-insure to bring down the cost of premiums. For years we have been lucky not to have needed to use the insurance, till last week when our beautiful 'girl' nearly died through a 10cm tumour in her intestine and subsequent intussusception. We were in bits, but the ladies on the phone guided us through the the process with such care and attention, following it up with emailed instructions. Their kindness and efficiency really helped guide us through the paperwork and make that side of the operation smooth and easy., Luckily our super-vet performed miracles and took out a foot of intestine. We now have a bouncing, happy springer again and are delighted to be able to recommend Lifetime Pet Cover to all. The co-insurance really helps, as we'd never want to make a claim anyway, but when needed we had still saved the money we had to pay by the reduced premiums.
