Great bank.

I have been client for over 7 years with Lloyds bank and I never had any problems. Bank is good and stable and I absolutely love Internet banking. It's so simple and user friendly, that everyone can use it. I have been using it from day one and I love the way I can manage many services from comfort in my home or on a go from my mobile phone. As a silver costumer I have free phone insurance and brakedown cover, which is absolutely amazing for only £9.99 a month. Very good option for a value. Reviewed on: 19th May 2017

not great

It is too hard to get the money back out. I can transfer money into the account from my other banks online but can then transfer it out. I have to go to the bank every time I want money out. A real pain. Reviewed on: 30th December 2016

Decent enough

A very easy to use instant access easy savings account which is only let down by its extremely poor interest rates. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

Decent but nothing special

Ive had this savings account for a number of years now and whilst the interest paid is pretty poor (currently 0.28 net APR), its still not much worse than most high street savings accounts. The real bonus of this savings account is the ease of use, especially if you use online banking. If you're saving for a rainy day that suddenly appears you'll be able to access your funds with no trouble at all. Also, transferring money between accounts is simple. All in all, unless youre saving large amounts of money and want a higher APR this is a decent enough savings account. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
