User-friendly and expert

The flexibility and patience of the broker I spoke to taking account of my many unknowns was exemplary. He was extremely knowledgeable in the field and had quick specific answers to my many questions. The service was really responsive and easy to access with no delays other than the ones I put in place due to not being quite ready to make a decision. Thoroughly recommend. 10/10 Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Employee Trainee Staff

Started okay but once the mortgage process got under way they were complete amatures when it came to basic communication. I spoke to two people who sounded like they had just left school and sounded shy, unaware of what I was asking and didn't know how to find answers. Could have done a better job myself but I suppose it was a free service, I was just new to the whole mortgage process. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
