Once I relocated, I knew I needed to join a credit union. After talking to colleagues and checking reviews, I chose LCCU and haven’t regretted it. They are very accessible and offer great advice. The Loan application process is straight forward and I can apply on the App. I’ve been with them for 18 months. So far, so good - nothing to complain about. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025

When you took money out before our pay day and it will take you another 25 days for the money to reflect in out capital account balance . One of the special features of our loans is that your repayments are split between your loan and your savings. This means that every time you make a payment, you’re not only reducing your loan balance but also steadily building up your own savings pot for the future. We also want to be transparent about our processes. While our withdrawal transfers are not instant, we are committed to ensuring that all transfers are completed by the end of the working day. If you ever need to access your salary deduction before it appears in your credit union account, you can simply provide your payslip showing the deduction, and we’ll do our best to process your withdrawal as quickly as possible. We are always listening and looking for ways to improve our service. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us serve you better.
