Credit union never let me down

Credit union never let me down always there when I needed extra cash for emergency personal stuff. Customer services are 10/10 you Can tell they Love coming to work to help individuals very welcoming and very understanding. I have been with credit union since 2014 and will always continue to be with them amazing company. I will always recommend it to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

Good, simple saving

I love that I can save alongside my loan and independent of it. it's allowed me to save a substantial amount which I've never been able to do before. Credit union are always on hand to give good advice for your best interest. Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

So simple. ethical and user friendly!!

I really appreciate the Service that the London and Capital Credit Union provides me with. My finances are very tight at the moment, and it is easy to run out of funds at the end of the month. I transfer £25 from my Building Society account to my Credit Union Savings account the day after my money comes in as an emergency buffer. I can then transfer it back to my account and withdraw it if I need it, or leave it in there to build up some savings. I am also looking forward to paying in an amount to my Prize Saver account to build up some more savings, and to be in with a chance of winning the £5000 monthly prize! The staff have aways been clear, friendly and helpful, and I like the thoughtful and colourful new App design.
