seems like a good loan policy

I’ve applied for a loan twice but was told to wait 3 months. I’ve applied 4 months later and currently on day 14 waiting to hear back. I was told I would hear back by Friday 23rd however haven’t heard anything as of yet. The process seems good but just wish the turn around for a decision was much quicker. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

I have applied for a loan from credit union and was concerned that I wouldn’t get it because of my poor credit score and overdrafts. However my application was successful which I was happy about. The whole process of applying for a loan was easy and I was able to easily speak to customer advisors when I wanted to ask a question. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

The Credit Union is very professional in the way they discharge their services. I love them because of this as I have taken couple of loans before and terms of repayment were very competitive. The Credit Union always consistently prioritise customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs. I will continue to recommend them to families and friends as their excellent services goes beyond meeting customer expectations.
