My Experience

I am thrilled to share my experience with London Capital Credit Union , which has truly set a standard in customer service and financial support. From the moment I became a member, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any inquiries I have.One of the standout features of London Credit Union is their loan services. One of the best decisions I’ve made financially

From approving me for a loan when no one else would, to encouraging me to save and forget about it, I can’t rave enough about London Capital Credit Union. I’ve been a member of another CU before but this experience has been far superior. It feels much more personalised and as if they genuinely care about me and my needs. A real win for people and society

Although there's a low interest rate on savings the thought that it is helping others become financially sound makes it sweeter than the better rates elsewhere. At the end of the day, for most of us, the difference is only a few pence a month but if all toxic finance was eliminated, I'm sure society would be much healthier for all, so I am fine to forfeit the few pennies to take a step towards that. As an organisation, I've always found them responsive on the care occasions I've needed help and the app has been reliable. They've consistently tried to help me have better financial habits the whole time I've been with them, encouraging saving, including with a monthly prize draw account, and warning about toxic credit and loan companies. Overall Experience as a New LCCU Member
