Worth getting to know up close

Been with them a couple of years. Consistently good service, decent app, ethical company trying hard to help customers. Worth getting to know up close. Yes, their interest rate is low compared to some, but for many people the difference of a few pence a year is meaningless. Why support the companies that are trying to strangle their customers when you can work with those offering a way out? The good karma alone is worth more. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
