So simple. ethical and user friendly!!

I really appreciate the Service that the London and Capital Credit Union provides me with. My finances are very tight at the moment, and it is easy to run out of funds at the end of the month. I transfer £25 from my Building Society account to my Credit Union Savings account the day after my money comes in as an emergency buffer. I can then transfer it back to my account and withdraw it if I need it, or leave it in there to build up some savings. I am also looking forward to paying in an amount to my Prize Saver account to build up some more savings, and to be in with a chance of winning the £5000 monthly prize! The staff have aways been clear, friendly and helpful, and I like the thoughtful and colourful new App design. Good to save

I haven’t needed anything other than to save. I never see who wins the cash prizes each week or month, so not sure if people actually win this thing. I hope if I ever need a loan that it’s successful and I get a good rate. Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

A really palatable alternative to big banks.

Now money comes quickly into my account. Useful to save. The loan/save facility is really good for helping manage finances. It’s great to know that members, not rich bankers, are the beneficiaries. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2025
