Amazing staff and customer service

They have been amazing during the application process. Other CUs just wanted to deal with me online, connect to open banking, and would not let me explain anything. This union provided an appointment, explained the products and allowed me to submit a letter alongside my application to the board explaining I was about to start a job in some months and my income would significantly increase. They were very patient, even inviting me to come twice to finish the paperwork. Likewise, they always pick up the phone and reply to emails promptly. Honestly, what more can you ask? Using as a saving account and it is so easy to save via my salary at work. Also I am aware of a few colleagues who have used it for a loan service and have had great rates and service with it. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 25th May 2025

Each time I have spoken to a customer service agent, they have always been polite, they listen and always go out of their way to ensure the outcome is satisfactory.
