I had money in my account but its was not showing th...

I had money in my account but its was not showing the credit and I could not withdraw money. I spoke to a member of staff and was told that they will investigate and call me back which did not happen. Telephone line is not being answered and I am still chasing my money after 3 days. I have always had a good experience with LCCU. They are courteous, customer-oriented and ready to help with queries or questions relating to my account. In the past they have been really good about giving me loans even when my credit profile was less than sterling.
