Easy to set up an account. After one year, I could easily withdraw my savings (minus a £30 fee) and my credit score did go up by 200 points as promised. Very useful app, so I've continued into year two. My credit score can't improve too much more, so I opted for the free basic package and use this more like a savings account now. It's ok to slightly boost your credit score

It's ok to slightly boost your credit score however they force you to open an unwanted bank account simply to withdraw you're own money fee free. This is just a way for the banks to make money more than to help the customer. Poor. Reviewed on: 25th March 2023

The worst decision I have ever made. Soon as I signed up to loqbox my credit rating went down. I'm 3 months with no improvement. Their customer service is nonexistent. They do not reply to any emails. Avoid !! Reviewed on: 11th February 2023

Only sign up if you can't open normal accounts

Had a thin file and needed to improve my score. I opened 2 normal bank accounts and 1 credit builder card in October. I was recommended by credit karma to get additional credit and one suggestion was Loqbox. My Transunion went down from 566 to 558. Equifax stable at 668. When your score falls consistently each month since taking out the spend and save products to the point where it is well below the promised increase, that's the time I realised that Loqbox was yet another cynical con that preys upon the vunerable. Reviewed on: 4th February 2023

Save yourself you can't rob yourself like this so called company robbing LTD, just don't do it, they think and know they are happening you,if you want to save do it yourself or leave it to family members, stay away from this rip off, you have money coming from your account you pay £10 a month for there service and pay £30 to get your money, robbing you Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
