It is like throwing away my money

First of all, I had no benefit at all, in last 6 months it could not even detect my rent payments despite spending hours on it to sort this out. Secondly It was only for 1 years, but It kept taking my money without even asking to renew the next year. there is even no option to end the membership, I have to talk to someone (help desk) to get it done. How many more hours do I need to spend on this useless app to get rid of it? I spent £165 on this app, I am regretting every penny. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023

DONT DARE SUBSCRIBING WITH THIS CREEPY LEGAL SCAM COMPANY. This Loqbox advert slogan is promising to give you at least 25 points monthly score from your CS. But my main purpose is just to strictly save at least £20/month. I got bated to subscribe from their advert slogan. That while you save, you increase your credit score at least 25 pts per month. Then right after a month, I realised that there was no changes from my score that belongs from them apart from my new score that I registered to vote. Then, as I read the public blogs and saw their policy that their promise to increase your score is only about 25 pts in a year. So, I got awaken and realised that this company is making some kind of tricks to people to make them believe that saving your money to them is weigh better. And when I tried to opt out, I suddenly saw in their system that I was a premium member. Theyre charging me £2.50/week. That's too creepy isn't it??? I try to trust them to possibly to make my money earn but not to loose them. Ive contacted their service now. But they sound to be so firm to not to loose the money they got from me. Many companies in UK, once they realise some kind of maybe a little mistake or any changes in mind of their customers. Most of them they would help you do what you wanna do. Delete subscription and refund and even pay compensation. But this creepy Lowbox appears to eager to get ahead in the market. If this bandit company only includes their charges for joining them in their advert. I bet very very few could only be trapped in their business. My mind is calm and ok. I strongly believe my feedback here is not about my being outrageous against their system. But its a fair and very realistic. Tthis company should not be in the market. Imagine if they can bate 1million people charging them secretly for £10/month.. wow!!! Thats a lot of money isn't it.. BE CAREFULL PEOPLE.. Reviewed on: 28th August 2023

Best thing going to grow your credit score... You must read it will get you far in life... Stick to the 12 month process. Don't cancel early an what's £30 if its going to allow you to builder your credit score. That's 20p a day for 12 months Reviewed on: 26th August 2023

Scam - they didn't build credit score

The app actually did not improve my credit score, even after 6 weeks after paying. On top of that there is no easy way to cancel, it still takes your money if you click cancel membership. It took 1 extra billing cycle's money from me for loqbox membership even though I cancelled it. In order to cancel you have to pay £30 to loqbox grow to get your savings back. Do not use, I paid £10 per month membership, my credit rating improved whilst I was a member and a few days after cancellating my subscription my rating dropped to lowe.r than it had been to start. It’s all a massive con. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Tried to unlock my savings early and was forced into opening an account with one of their partner banks to get my money! If I chose to unlock the amount into my existing account they charged me £30! Absolute joke, avoid avoid avoid Reviewed on: 14th July 2023

A scam! Please Avoid

This service is truly woeful. I paid as a member for over 2 years, and saw no benefit to my credit score. The points promise they offer is only valid if you've been a customer for over 5 years. Your credit score will go down not up. DON'T USE THIS!!!!! Reviewed on: 11th May 2023
