I have a savings account with MCU and have been with them for many year's. I also renew my loan with them every year and they are with you every step of the way. The staff are all very helpful and lovely. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Over all a great service but it would be good if customers are kept informed about system outages or server disruptions than being quiet especially when all documentation has been signed and returned. Let customers know there are delays in returning funds so they're aware. Otherwise awesome product. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Very quick to respond i think this is a good way of helping others and i think it should not be just for people on benefits but for those in full time work and for it to be accessible in the same way as some cannot get a loan from mcu even when in full time work due to circumstances.
