So grateful they were there

In the midst of an emergency and Christmas a few days away, I genuinely don't know what I would've done without manchester credit union. The customer service team I spoke to were so lovely and informative, and with it being an emergency, the speed at which I was able to receive the loan was invaluable!! The repayments are affordable and a small percentage goes into a shares pot which is nice to see accumulate. I don't like to borrow money I can't afford so am quite meticulous with my finances but would always recommend MCU to anyone asking me about money borrowing advice. Reviewed on: 15th May 2026

Quick customer care and easy to top up loan

Everytime I have had a issue with my account I was able to call and there was never no fuss customer support are always quick to answer and quick to sort it all out which I’m grateful for they also make it easier to top up loans too Reviewed on: 15th May 2026
