I saveed with the credit union for 20 plus years.

I save regularly with the credit union for big annual bills like car tax and insurance and house insurance. I’ve been with this credit union for just short of 25 years (was Hattersley credit union before it amalgamated with Manchester credit union. Reviewed on: 7th June 2026

Poor phone communication, hope it improves...

I recently joined Manchester Credit Union, but I am very disappointed with the phone communication. I have tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phone or returns my messages. For a financial institution, this is a major drawback. I hope this improves because phone support is very important for customers. Let's see how things go going forward. Reviewed on: 7th June 2026

Savings made easy

My savings is done though work straight from my wage that amount helps with holiday Christmas it's really easy to get into your account no fuss withdrawn and with in the hour you have the money customer service was very helpful when I locked myself out nice chap I spoken to Reviewed on: 6th June 2026
