My husband and I have saved into regular savers for over 10 years and the interest has always been better than our instant access account with the Coventry BS. The Mansfield accounts are now lagging behind so we have closed 3 of our accounts and are soon to close another. People at the Mansfield are lovely to deal with. Reviewed on: 10th August 2023

Friendly, professional staff.

My husband and myself both opened Cash ISAs recently, and the process was very straight-forward due to all the information provided,---as well as the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff at your Sutton Branch. Account opening at Mansfield building society

I was informed about Mansfield's offering of a one year fixed rate bond. This was something I had been enquiring about for some time. I was able to go out to the branch and open one with ease, with the help of staff who are helpful friendly and knowledgable. Switch to online accounts difficult

I was pleased to see that Mansfield have set up online accounts as it is hard for me to go in to the branch nowadays. However when I went in and asked to switch my accounts to the online versions I had to close the account then walk across town to payn the cheque into my bank then apply online. in the event I found my bankoffered a better rate of interest on an equivqlent product so I used that instead. Investing in fixed rate accounts

Great service by the BS, however I have had to go to the Sutton branch as there were no appointments available at Mansfield, and I live in Mansfield. However both branches staff are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023
