I was very impressed with the whole Mansfield Building Society ethos and customer service experience. Good interest rates compared to similar sized rival Societies and seemed very customer orientated . I would definitely return to them when I am able to . Reviewed on: 26th April 2021

Confusion

I wanted to open an account in branch but was told could not. However adviser did so but I couldn't pay in that day. She rang me next day to go through T&C's and said that I could return to pay in the account. 3/4 days later she rang to ask why I hadn't paid in . I went straight to another branch and they said that there was a problem and that I couldn't pay in there at that time. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
