Fantastic service

I have 3 animals insured with Bought by Many and am so happy. My poodle had to have an operation to remove a lump, it was unexpected and I panicked. The lovely lady I spoke to sorted everything out for me and was sympathetic when I got upset. My claim was paid to the vet within 24hrs, which he was very impressed with. Amazing company! A* customer service.

Just an overall great company. I'm on the fixed for life policy so I always have the reassurance that it wont go up if I claim. Recently my dog struggled with skin issues and I managed to claim quickly and easily. The customer service can't be faulted. I wouldn't go with any other company. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Simply the best

I had one rescue dog insured by bought by many and wanted to add my second rescue dog to the existing policy. I telephoned and it was all done very easily by phone and a email was sent to me to confirm that they had got my requirements correct. Very friendly competent staff, great value, easy quotes given online or by phone if you are not confident using online. Have recommended to friends who have also taken up policies great company.
