Amazing all round insurance!

We have had insurance with bought by many since April. We have the first vet app as part of our policy for free, it is so helpful! We are first time puppy owners so when I am worried or concerned over something I can get a free virtual vet appointment within an hour and they always put my mind at ease and tell me how to monitor and what to look out for. It saves so much money or claims not having to go to the actual vets. We also have a 0 excess policy which is great! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Excellent pet insurance

I've been using bought by many for a couple of years now, I have 3 dogs and doesn't work out expensive like some pet insurance companies. I recently put in a claim and it was dealt with super fast and money paid to me within a couple of days. Cannot fault them at all and would highly recommend Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Friendly agents & easy to use website

The levels of cover options are great and well priced and the website is nicely designed and super easy to use. But I was especially pleased with the customer service, though I spoke with a different agent each time...all were equally friendly and helpful even when I was a bit disgruntled. My claim took some time to complete and there were a few hiccups but I couldn't fault them on keeping in touch and I especially liked an email I received which explained that the huge yoy increase in claims was why it taking longer than usual. I like when a situation is laid out rather then being kept in the dark. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I have 3 pets insured with BBM and have been with them for almost 3 years. I find BBM reasonably priced, fair when paying up, very helpful and a very easy claim process. I recommend BBM to all my friends with pets. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

From my initial inquiry with regards pre-existing conditions and application for cover was seamless and efficient. add to this, free access to First Vet via their app for consultations with a Vet and other offers like Pet First Aid courses make this a worthwhile innovative cover for pets.
