Service is spot on

I signed up for pet insurance with BBM when I got my second cat, then added my first cat when her renewal came up. They applied the multi-pet discount as expected and gave me plenty of options without it being overwhelming. I had forgotten I was on the money back policy, so when renewal came, they were quick to remind me that they owed me money, which is just lovely! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Excellent insurance provider

We had to claim last year, as our pup ate something to large to digest and had to have it surgically removed. The claim process was easy and speedy and without any problems. Highly recommend using bought by many. We are very pleased with the service and the price did not hugely increase the following year, despite having a claim. My dog deserves only the best

I want to gove my dog the best care and attention I can. This includes finding the best pet insurance for him. Bought By Many offers the highest level of cover in the market, but apart from that I also get vary valuable and material benefits. For example, I've been using the 24/7 video consultations with a pet service quite a lot during lockdown. Similarly, I could access a dog Health and First Aid course, for free. I've already recommended Bought By Many to several friends and colleagues who have asked for my opinion! Well done and keep innovating and offering the best for our pets. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Good but getting pricier

Took out insurance as it was half the cost of pet plan but with superior cover. Dog is now over 3 and the price has gone up by 25% which is still cheaper than petplan but not what I expected. Overall a good insurance plan that I have fortunately not had to use. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
