Best pet insurance I could find ! Unfortunately we had to make a claim when our puppy became ill, this took around 2 weeks to complete during coronavirus so was really impressed by how quickly they reviewed and paid out for our claim. Had to make a claim a couple of months ago when my 7 month old Lab had an allergic reaction to a bite or sting. Claim was settled in a few days, no hassles. I’ll wait to see if the price increases at renewal, hopefully it won’t. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
