Competitive prices and excellent customer service make bought by many the best pet insurance for me. Also extras such as access to vet advice and other useful tools an added bonus. Very quick at looking into claims and responding. Payouts are prompt too. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I've not yet claimed anything but I very much appreciate the online application and guidance without having to sit through phone calls. It seems good and I was recommended by friends that have used this inscurance longer, which I trust. I could appreciate more guidance how to claim and what is allowed to claim for, yearly check up appointments or just bigger stuff? Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I can't comment too much as we've only made one claim but they paid it without arguments so I can't complain. The process was a bit slower than I would have liked but 1) That was partly the vet's fault and 2) Corona Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
