Reasonable price

I have had insurance for my dog for almost 3 years now. Never had a claim which is how you really rate a company but the price I pay at the present time is reasonable. I like the cashback at the end of the year if you have not claimed, so roll on having a healthy dog. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Quick, easy and a weight of our minds

We've had to make a claim twice in our first year of being a customer of Bought By Many (our cat always seems to have issues on a Sunday which results in an expensive visit to an emergency vet). On both occasions, our claim was accepted in full and paid back really quickly. The process of submitting a claim is also really easy. Add into the mix the video phone call with a vet, and I can't imagine ever moving away from these guys as long as they keep up their quality. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Truly excellent

One of our two golden doodles has sadly needed several operations and various physio and hydro treatments on a broken leg. BBM have paid every one of our claims without quibble and we have never been penalised for this with any increased premium. They pay the vet directly and all claims are paid really quickly. A no brainer when you have greyhounds. They take them on with pre existing conditions, a simple application form that a two year old could complete and so easy to make a claim. I have recommended them to numerous friends and also the guests that we have in our dog friendly holiday let. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
