A very trustworthy company!

Application was very straight forward and communication is very good. The website has been created in a way that if I need help I know my pet is in safe hands and I can get the help I need. It’s very good value for money and the customer service is swift and very friendly, my query was answered within minutes. 'Excess' and subsequent costs

The most overlooked, aspect of pet insurance is what the 'excess' and subsequent "% costs" in the event of a claim will be. 'Bought-by-many' seems to beat all the other providers I have looked at. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
