'Excess' and subsequent costs

The most overlooked, aspect of pet insurance is what the 'excess' and subsequent "% costs" in the event of a claim will be. 'Bought-by-many' seems to beat all the other providers I have looked at. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Our dog required Orthopaedic surgery earlier this year. Bought by Many were excellent in dealing with our claim, helping us through the process and liaising directly with the vets to settle the account. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Best dog insurance I ever had

After major research, I decided to go with boughtbymany. I had other insurances in my life, and this is, by far, the best so far. The thing I am enjoying the most is FirstVet which is included in the insurance. You can quickly talk and see a vet if you are concerned for your dog. I have used this service at least 5 times. The vet can visually check your dog and give you lots of advice including follow up email with more information. If the situation is urgent and you need to go to your in person vet, they also let you know. I love it. 100% recommended. Also, I got free a course in first aid for dogs from bought my many.
