Excellent customer service

Reasonable priced premiums, excellent £15000 life time cover, and when I added another dog to the policy it was very straightforward and well handled by customer services. Luckily I have not had the need to claim, but, I am so pleased with the cover I am adding a third dog to the policy and have recommended them to all my “pet friendly friends “ Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Competitive and efficient pet insurance company

I took out Bought By Many Pet Insurance for my puppy in 2019. The company was very competitive with its policy pricing. Unfortunately my pup became very unwell and Bought By Many were very helpful and efficient in handling my claim. Their communication is also excellent in keeping me informed throughout the process. In tune with customer needs

Amazing insurance, with great inclusion of pet cover

Bought by many is really amazing, they offer a free online vet. I’ve found great use out of it as usually you would have to pay about £25 per vet visit if there’s anything concerning you with your pet. Also very good prices for what they include in the insurance.
