Good price, great cover, clear T&Cs

After researching numerous pet insurance policies I found BBM to have the most comprehensive cover and very easy to understand T&Cs that didn’t have lots of restrictions and “get out clauses” hidden in legal jargon that many other providers had. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great Prices Great Service

This is the second year I have renewed with Bought By Many. The cost for the type of cover I have is very competitive and although I haven’t needed to call on their claims department, I have called once on First Vet last year, a free service provided along with the cover, which I found very useful. Every month I am notified of when the direct debit will be taken (a first for me) and when I contacted Bought By Many about the insurance and First Vet, I have found everyone to be friendly and approachable. Superb pet insurer

My dog developed a luxation of his patella and BBM were so efficient in sorting out the claim and made the experience as stress free as it possibly could have been I have a multi pet plan and their costs are by far the best around I have recommended them to friends and family Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Superb service

I took out insurance with my dog when I first got him at 8 weeks old he needed surgery when he was a puppy and bought by many couldn't be more helpful and paid me back in full, they have been so nice and it was such a quick application and always keep me up to date. Having 24/7 vets aswell was so great to have included it has saved me so much time and stress to speak to someone by video link and saves a lot of money So thank you :) I recommend you to everyone I know and on social media best insurance ever. Superb product, staff and fully supportive and easy chain process

we recently had to put a claim in after our 6 month old collie puppy fell very ill, although the process isn't finished I have to say that the claim experience has been second to none, with friendly, helpful and empathetic support staff, who have made the whole thing so easy, just need to finish and settle but I have complete confidence in bought by many..its a superb service Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The best pet insurance by far!

We insured our puppy and kitten with Bought by Many when we got them both just over 2 years ago. The pup, a working Cocker has turned out to be accident prone! I’ve probably had about 10 dogs over my life, Always had them insured with various different insurers...but have never experienced such a helpful, straightforward, easy insurer before.
