Peace of mind

Easy to set up and good value for money when compared with other reputable companies. Another plus is the peace of mind that I have 24 hour access to an online vet if needed with no additional cost! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Our puppy kept getting ill in her first 6 months with us. We were back and forth to the vets having all sorts of tests, but BBM were so good. We just told them the dates of the visits and they did all the work contacting the vet before paying out. We received regular updates on how our claim was going and when they were going to pay out. I couldn’t be happier with their service especially being a first time dog owner, it was so nice to have the reassurance that we needed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Fantastic customer service, kept informed via text and email throughout my claim. The claim was paid quickly, in fact the only delay was receiving the invoice from the vet! All for a very reasonable price. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
