Great value and and easy to understand cover options

BBM has a really competitive offering compared to the other market leaders. The option of a partial premium refund for each year without a claim was a clincher for me. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Bought by Many provided us with one of the best quotes we could find and with easily the most comprehensive cover of any of the companies I looked at. I am confident that (God forbid) if our dog Ylva should fall ill, Bought by Many will be in our corner. They have already given us a free pet first aid course and we have access to free video calls with a vet, should we require it, if we have any concerns that we need to resolve. I found Bought by Many recommended on line and joined them. Due to an error on my part my little dog took ill and Bought by Many stepped in to deal with the claim and the vet immediately. They were kindly, efficient and swift. No need to fill out umpteen forms or phone here and there , they did all the work for the claim with ease leaving me totally without stress or any trouble. We have sadly had to claim twice for our 2 year old dog. Bought by Many dealt with the claims quickly and efficiently. We are so glad we changed over to them. Was half the price of our previous insurance and included much more. Would highly recommend Bought by Many. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

These guys are a howling success

Been with them now for three years and love the cover my dogs get plus one claim was paid with no problems whatsoever. The premiums are affordable which for me with three dogs is vital.
