So Efficient

My 7 month old pup developed eating problems after bout of upset tummy. My own vet couldn't get to the bott of it and advised a specialist. Bought by Many covered all the cost without any problems and dealt direct with the veterinary speciast centre so no stress on me. Can't recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I’ve just received my renewal quote and for the first time ever it’s a better price than last year! Usually with insurance companies they send a renewal for more than the previous year and after loads of time consuming calls they might reduce it so to have a price I was happy with was amazing and I’ve not had to do anything just sit back and relax whilst bought by many took care of it all. Everyone I’ve spoken to at BBM has been friendly, efficient and knowledgable. My initial claim and continuation claims have been so easy and money paid out in very good time, especially under the pandemic circumstances. I've thankfully not had to use the plan for my cat but knowing that he is covered is a big relief. I like the fact you have access to a vet with the Vet First app and have used this with Covid not making it easy to get my cat to a vet for something not serious. Was really easy to use and a big help. I would definitely recommend them for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

pay claims very quickly.

recently put in a claim(Bella had to have grass seed removed from ear)No forms to fill in,just phoned and they contacted my vet who supplied all they needed and they paid within a week.IMPRESSED!!! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

They are just brilliant!!

They have paid out with no problem and did not hike up my premiums by an unfair amount they were very fair considering we claimed nearly £7000 last year I expected a big penalty on my premiums but the only went up a bit. Also they must be one of the very few insurance companies that don’t charge an admin fee for changing your address. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
