Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Fantastic service

THEY ARE MODERATELY PRICED. WITH ONLY £69 TO PAY EXCESS HOWEVER MANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE IN A YEAR

Always there

I've paid annually for a few years and fortunately have not had to make a claim. Having said that I receive valuable advice regularly advising of seasonal hazards and how to keep my pet safe. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Claims process

My dog has recently been diagnosed with arthritis and I have had to submit many claims for various visits and treatments, the claims process online is very easy to follow and BBM have been quick and efficient in following up and settling the claims another plus is you only pay one excess which is excellent when you need to submit many claims, excellent company and excellent service, I would recommend BMM to all pet owners.
