Personal, professional help on the worst days you face as a pet owner

My Young Saint Bernard became lame in March. I didn’t claim straight away, I thought if it was going to be a small amount of money I wouldn’t bother. The problem grew and so did the bill! I called BBM expecting a battle for the money I had already paid out. The first comment, “Oh that’s awful how is Bear now?” Not what I expected, they have been wonderful.
