Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Just what it says in plain English.

Excellent company. Insurance papers are written in plain English, no complicated legal jargon. Tells you just what is and what isn't covered. Claims are easily made, queries politely and comprehensively answered. Claims paid promptly. Not the cheapest premiums but for peace of mind for our beloved pets far from the most expensive too with choice of cover to suit budgets. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent company

Barkley has had an ongoing condition which had resulted in my visiting the vets every month Bought by Many have not once quibbled about paying me back and my insurance went up by a couple of pounds only which amazed me I I expected more, They are so friendly and helpful over the phone and have recommended then countless times verbally and on Facebook. My experience with Bought by Many has been great - easy to take the policy out, relatively cheap in comparison to other companies and when I had to make a claim at the beginning of lockdown when everything was up in the air, they were easy to deal with and paid out quickly! Fantastic customer care

Our dog was very ill a few months ago, had gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and was an awful experience for him and ourselves . Bought by many were absolutely fantastic in their handling of the claim we had to make, we were constantly updated throughout, and the claim was settled without fuss or drama, exactly what we needed in such a traumatic time.
