Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Must have for Pet lovers everywhere

Fuss free claims

Bought by Many have been brilliant. My Labrador was diagnosed wit Elbow Dysplasia and from the beginning they made it easy to claim. Great value user friendly insurance

I have had one claim and it was very easy to make claim online and upload invoices. Also have used the free online vet Consultation several times which is so helpful. You get a video appointment within half An hour and an email summarising advice given and when to contact your vet. It has avoided a vet trip each time. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Without a doubt the best pet insurance company around

Having had to use Bought By Many recently for my dog that had a serious knee injury I found the claim system easy to use and hassle free.
