Team were very helpful when I had to add our second cat to the policy. He is stray and they explained my options fully and made sure we had insurance from that day for both cats. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good experiences so far

I haven’t had to use my insurance, but they offer a good price for a comprehensive cover. They also have a lot of offers, advice emails, informative emails and freebies every now and then. I have had to contact customer service before and it was very smooth. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I like the fact I get 20% of my premium back if I make no claims each well. I received this 4 years in a row now. Premiums have gone up but are still competitive. Customer service has been good with phones answered promptly and knowledgeable staff. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
