Having reviewed various options, I chose ManyPets because it offered the best range of benefits. Their FirstVet video call service was very useful one weekend when my dog had a rash and I was able to get advice immediately. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

No quibble just fantastic customer service.

No quibble just fantastic customer service. I’ve made two claims one each of my dogs. Everything is done online I have comprehensive insurance. And they just let me know when it was paid back into my account. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

We have been with ManyPets since we got Maverick 3 years ago. They are reasonably priced and we get 20% of our premium back each year if we don’t make a claim. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I made a claim 3 months ago but it is not even with a claim handler yet. Manypets advertise that they aim to pay out claims within 14 days. So 3 months seems ridiculous, especially as it has not even been looked at yet! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Fast hassle free claims process

Unfortunately we had to claim for the cost of an emergency operation for our dog following complications after routine surgery. The vets practice were able to deal with the claim on our behalf which was a great help at a stressful time. Our claim was settled promptly and without any quibbling. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
