Best on the Market By far

The cost of their policies and the benefits are far better than PetPlan, for example you get to choose level of excess you want to pay. I have made three claims and they were all settled on the app within a week of submitting. Really great service Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

OK but not great

Insurance was easy to set up and staff were ok to deal with. When I made a claim they did pay out (after a lot of looking for reasons not to) but then put up the monthly premium by £8 at renewal, which seemed excessive. After I refused the renewal and went elsewhere, they offered to find a way to lower the premium (probably by increasing the excess), but I think they should offer the lowest price they can at renewal. In other words, they don't reward loyalty and would let you pay over the odds if you didn't question the renewal price. I know this is standard insurance-company practice, but in the words of Shania Twain, "That don't impress me much." Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best coverage for a giant breed

I recently bought BBM insurance for my Great Dane puppy. I did a lot of research and this policy was far & away the best coverage, whilst also being the most fairly priced. Thankfully I haven’t had to claim yet, but I’m hopeful that should the need arise, we have appropriate cover in place. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Amazing insurance

This is a really easy to use , friendly and helpful insurance. They really seem to care about my dog. I have used the virtual vets and made a claim. Would definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We went to Bought by Many for our cockerpoo and we have not regretted as the premium was half that of the previous insurer. Whist we have not made any claims thankfully we recommended you to my daughter for her dogs and the claim she had to make was dealt with very efficiently Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I am new to Bought by Many having used another leading pet insurer for many years but thought I would give them a try as their price was much more competitive and they had many great reviews online.I have not been disappointed as had to make a couple of claims for my new puppy and the claim process was so easy and efficient, with claims being settled promptly without any hassle.
