Easy claims procedure and good value

I've hunted long and hard to find decent insurance cover at an acceptable price for my youngest two cats. Bought By Many provided good cover, no excess to pay and dealt with my claim quickly with no fuss. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My dog has had one accident requiring surgery and one medical requiring surgery claim from BBM. I claimed and paid the vet my excess everything else was dealt with between the vet and BBM. I would highly recommend BBM Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I am pleased to say that I have not yet used my insurance, my dog is fit and healthy. However, I chose this company based on feedback from a close friend. Who has had occasion to use and highly recommended them. I have the price to be very reasonable and did do a fair amount of research before choosing. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Insured my dog with a very comprehensive cover when Pet Plan would not even insure him even though he was only 8 and had never had any veterinary problems at the time. Unfortunately he almost immediately developed problems with his back legs and had to have 2 operations. BBM payed out without quibble. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have both my cats insured, one of whom has required a lot of treatment recently due to a urinary blockage. I have had to make multiple claims, both for myself to be reimbursed and to set up a direct claim with my vet. All of these transactions have been incredibly easy with the online claim form and I have been kept up to date throughout the process of each claim. I have contacted the call centre and found them to be very helpful and friendly. The cover you get is fantastic for the price and having my cats insured by Bought By Many gives me complete peace of mind that my cats can get the treatment they need without me having to worry about costs. I’ve been with Bought by Many for 3 years now and claimed twice. On both occasions the claims were paid direct to the vets, so no hefty upfront bills for me to pay. Unlike other companies Bought by Many don’t “load” your following years premium after making a claim and more importantly they won’t class any illnesses claimed for as “pre-existing” giving total piece of mind. Customer service is brilliant, I really can’t fault anything about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
