Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent cover and value for money

We have been with ManyPets since we got Maverick 3 years ago. They are reasonably priced and we get 20% of our premium back each year if we don’t make a claim. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I made a claim 3 months ago but it is not even with a claim handler yet. Manypets advertise that they aim to pay out claims within 14 days. So 3 months seems ridiculous, especially as it has not even been looked at yet! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Fast hassle free claims process

Unfortunately we had to claim for the cost of an emergency operation for our dog following complications after routine surgery. The vets practice were able to deal with the claim on our behalf which was a great help at a stressful time. Our claim was settled promptly and without any quibbling. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

All good, no complaints. Like the 24/7 online vet service. Haven’t claimed anything yet but I like how they give you money back when you don’t. i haven’t tried the sitter app/ free year membership but good to know it’s an option Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
