Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No complaints

I’ve had a series of unexpected illnesses with both my kitties over the past few months, stressful at the best of times. On the whole Many Pets have settled claims in reasonable time. My only fear is what my monthly payments will leap to at next renewal. It would be helpful if they could be contacted more easily rather than by email. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Claims accepted and paid without delay and also work with my own vet, so I only have to pay the excess. Very helpful when in a dire situation with your pet and the last thing you need is hassle or delay from your insurer. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
