On comparing Bought by Many with other insurance products, it isn't the cheapest, but it by far is the best cover. We have the top cover, which is a lifetime policy, so although he is only 18months old now, we are preparing for his future health in the main, alongside any unforeseen circumstances. We have been with Bought By Many since bringing home our then tiny little 8 week olg Golden Retriever puppy almost 2 years ago. We researched all of our options regarding insurance, but none of them came close to the level of protection Bought By Many offered. We have claimed multiple times, using the super quick and easy online snap claims, and have recieved payment every time within less than a week. Fabulous customer service, fabulous cover, and we, and our pooch would never be without our Bought By Many cover. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

After being recommended by friends, I do worry about my Dachshunds health and the inevitable health decline, but Bought By Many are very much all ears when it comes to customer service. I opted in to receive emails, and I’m glad I did as Bought By Many have sent updates on additional information- and with my policy, I have opted for the cover which has a virtual bet on hand 24/7. Albeit a high £ insurance premium, I believe that the reassurance is absolutely priceless. 5 stars & thank you. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I'm a first time pet owner and wanted the best for my two doggies, one of which has 3 legs. After a lot of research I chose this company as they offered the best cover and 24 hour vet video calls which I have used 3 times already. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
