Fantastic customer service

Decided to change from another company that we had been with for years. Spoke with BBM. they reassured me that there wouldn't be a problem with continuing cover. Other companies couldn't do so. Had to make a claim after only being with them for 3months. Payment was made in full quickly. Very efficient. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Such a refreshing cha get to find a company which is honest and helpful. Every month I am reminded the direct debit is about to go out and asked if this is ok and if I need help. Bonus at the end of the first year when no claims made to get cash back. Great service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Simple and quick to organise

Although I have only recently taken out a policy I found from the information online the cover to be comprehensive, simple to understand and quick to organise at what seems to be a good price. It even covers dental as standard which should be a bonus. I have already recommended to two friends. I just pray the price does not dramatically increase next year (when one dog turns 8) and if I ever need to use them it will continue to be a straight forward and hassle-free experience...here's hoping! My dog has had multiple operations in the last 7 months and this insurance is the best I've dealt with they have paid out the maximum cover I had with no quibbles, they kept me informed all the way and paid my vet direct within days couldn't ask for a better company Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
