I have been with bought by many for over 3 years. I have claimed twice and found the experience easy to do and very professional. Both times I claimed I was kept u tp date every step pf the way. I have also used the First Vet app and have spken to vets via video and again its a fabulous service with people who care. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very easy portal to make a claim. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I really felt they had my pets best interest at heart and wanted to make sure he got the right treatment. They took the stress out of an unpleasant situation. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My dog had gastro enteritis and we had to use emergency vet which was very expensive so claimed on my pet insurance Bought by many were very kind and helpful and my claim was settled within a few days Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I recommend Bought By Many to everyone!

I use 3 different insurance companies for my pets and Bought By Many are head and shoulders above the rest. They have a super easy claims process, pay out quickly and are great to speak to on the phone, no overseas call centres unlike the market leader.
